Membership is open to specialists on the National Specialist Register, allied healthcare professionals working in pain management, and practitioners registered outside Malaysia.

Lifetime membership requires a minimum of two years as an ordinary member. All membership applications are subject to Committee approval.

Apply using the form at the bottom of this page, or download the application form below and email it to the secretariat if you would rather send everything at once.

Send your documents
Email these to the secretariat, whichever way you applied:
- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of qualification certificate (National Specialist Register members only)
- Proof of payment or official receipts covering the past two years (lifetime membership only)

Make payment
Once your application is approved, pay by online transfer or bank in a cheque to the society account below.

Receive confirmation
We reply with your receipt and membership approval. Please allow three working days for the process to complete.
